Nice and clean and safe

The toilet seats were loose and wasn’t a good fit….the toilet was round and the seats was oval plus they were very loose.

"Un lugar muy recomendable."

La ubicación es excelente para ir de vacaciones. Muy cerca de la playa. El departamento ofrece un carrito muy comodo provisto de 4 sillas y una sombrilla de playa. Por la tarde y si no se desea ir a la playa el edificio cuenta con una muy linda pileta, con reposeras e incluso gazebos para poder descansar a la sombra. El ambiente es muy familiar.

No hay cuestiones negativas importantes con el departamento, esta muy bien... pero considero que el departamento necesita una renovacion. Un reemplazo de filtros del equipo de aire acondicionado central tampoco le vendria nada mal. Particularmente el baño principal necesita una renovacion urgente, el otro baño se notó que lo habian acondicionado, aunque hace bastante tiempo. La cocina tambien necesita una renovacion, las puertas de las alacenas no cerraban bien y se notaba un uso muy intensivo de toda la unidad en general. Considero que aumentar la iluminación y reemplazarla con iluminacion led mas moderna tambien aumentaría el atractivo, como el reemplazo de las lámparas con pantallas rotas en el comedor.

Large apartment Easy to check in to Great location Thoughtful extras like beach chairs and a trolley

Some of the lights dont work Toilet seats hanging off Electrical sockets not properly fixed to wall Could be cleaner - false eyelashes left stuck in one bedroom Welcome pack or information would be useful with things like local places to eat and how to use the laundry. Its a 10 dollar min on the card provided and you cant get any unused money off.

A acomodação superou minhas expectativas em todos os aspectos. Ambiente extremamente limpo, organizado, confortável e muito bem localizado. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente, e os detalhes demonstram cuidado e zelo com o hóspede ( cadeiras de praia, guarda sol, carrinho, toalhas de praia ), A comunicação foi ágil e cordial, tornando a experiência ainda mais agradável.

Não tenho pontos negativos a destacar. A experiência foi impecável do início ao fim.
