Had to download app for laundry use.

Not much. Could be a lot better but needs a lot of maintenance. Room sizes good.

Very dated. Needs a complete overhaul. Chipped paint. Loose towel holders. No washing machine.

I liked the location even though I thought it would be closer to South Beach. I liked how spacious the apartment was, the view from my balcony was nice and the staff was very helped at check in.

The facilities need a little touching up and TLC. Our room door would not catch without being locked and it was hard to close. The bathroom toilets made a loud noise when flushing and the shower made a loud noise while using it. The water was very slow draining in the bathtub (while taking a shower) and the bathroom sinks. But even with those issues it was a good stay and I would stay again.

The place could use a touch up, from the ceiling, curtins, sofa-chip because it's a leather sofa-usual wear and tear, dresser, the bath tub was nasty, we had to have the cleaning crew come clean it up, the TV was not working in the bedrooms. However a tech did try to come fix it, but it still did not work. Would I stay here again.....Yes, because host was nice and respectful, responsive and did their best to accommodate or stay.

The Location

The bathrooms do not have an air extractor, no extra bags or toilet paper, no detergent for the dish.

The apartment was very spacious and stylish. The beds are very good! The rooms are big and comfortable. I loved that there are two ovens in the kitchen. We enjoyed the balcony view as we could monitor the kids while they swim and we could also see how busy the pool is.

The apartment is located in a condominium complex. The facility is clean and functional but I think it wasn’t fair to charge us extra $50 for registration, and $5 bucks per amazon package pickup. Also, I didn’t like that there are no washer and dryer in the unit. It was very inconvenient to go to different floors to find an available washer and dryer, let alone pay extra for it. The furniture in the apartment are falling apart and need replacing, also the air conditioner is extremely loud in the master bedroom and we kept waking up at night.
