Property was full of on site amenities, very clean and orderly. Clean and great water pressure in the showers. We enjoyed our relaxing time here and our booking agent was very responsive and accommodating of any request to give a peace of mind. Will definitely book again.

the size of the place was great and was easy to get to beach and pool was nice

I was disgusted by the infestation of multiple kinds of roaches alive in the kitchen! and the bathroom baseboard was messed up and had black mold growing on it

Easy walk to the beach. Owner responds very quickly. Comfortable beds

Difficulties to dry clothes. Drying on the balcony is not allowed. No washer/dryer

Nothing Negative

It was very clean, had nice comfortable furniture, it was secure and had comfortable beach towels and chairs. please note we didn’t cook so used only the microwave and refrigerator. We just purchased from the mini-mart and cafe. Then, had dinner out as it was a short stay. Also, we went to the beach only as the weather was good and the water was warm in April. Baires grill is a delicious Argentinian steak house with a couple of seafood and pasta dishes as well.

The beach is a short walk across Collins Avenue - there is some parking, but we didn’t use it so I can’t elaborate. And the pool looked good if you prefer to avoid the walk. 2. the terrace overlooks the pool and to the left a causeway. However, it is quiet and a terrace for two.

it wasn’t cleaned well, hairs still on the floors and both bathrooms had hairs and were unclean. Also all of our towels were still wet. when I stated they were wet the only response would be to wait until the next day to get new ones or dry them ourselves..

The room was very clean and and very large. There were 4 TVs with cable. The beds were very comfortable. The owner provided beach equipment including a wagon and beach chairs. The owner had car seats for children provided. The owner was supper responsive via text before, during and after the stay.

The front office charges $10 a bag to have them hold it for you while waiting for your room to be ready. We got there early due to travel arrangements and assumed it would be complimentary for them to hold it. Its been free for all other places I've ever stayed. This threw a big wrench into the first days plans.
