Quiet 3 bed close to the A1

The location was perfect for visiting family. The conservatory was nice to sit in. The bedding and towels were lovely and clean.

The house is lacking in TLC, everything seems dated. Mis-match dinnerware, plastic glasses, not enough kitchen equipment, cupboard full of unopened mail, hair dryer in kitchen cupboard, plastic cheap toaster, no kitchen roll, no bin bags, black bin was full, hadn’t been emptied for a few weeks, broken kitchen floor tiles, paint chipping off the wall, conservatory windows desperately needed washing, back garden was covered in cigarette ends, had broken garden furniture, open uncovered drains, couldn’t lock the conservatory doors, only lamp in the living room was behind the TV, twin bedroom beds on wheels with no brakes, kept moving around, no mirror or bedside light in there, bathroom mirror is 2 mirror tiles put together, no lock on bathroom door. This house could be very nice with a good makeover, it has lovely big rooms and dining area and plenty of parking.

Have stayed here several times for business. Always clean and comfortable, with very nice and accommodating hosts. Will book again if needed. Highly recommended.

Nice house, plenty of room, decent size bedrooms and living areas. Quiet location, parking outside house. Nice and warm, decent outside space. Kitchen seemed well stocked, we didn't do any cooking so can't comment on whether it was sufficient to make a meal. Did notice there were only 3 which for a 3 bed house is probably not enough and some of the cups were badly chipped around the mouth.

Bed in master bedroom has a very hard mattress, not very comfortable for us. House looks a little tired in areas and could do with sprucing up a bit (eg shower tiles, flooring). Some new cups, more glasses and more cutlery wouldn't go amiss.

Location ideal; bed clean and comfortable. Love the conservatory.

The house was immaculate and like a home from home! Access was so easy and communication with the owner was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Nothing this property was dangerous and dirty when we arrived and not fit for purpose. The owner has repeatedly told many different stories about why he is not refunding our money although we refused to stay in this dangerous property . He has never apologised

It was a great location as it’s close to my sisters home. The house was comfortable and made us feel relaxed and at home.
