"We all loved it!"

Violets View is a lovely property, we were a party of three couples, bedrooms all en suite, whole house was spotlessly clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Large outside space with lots of seating areas. The location of house is about a twenty minute walk to Whitby centre, but hilly to walk back up, we used taxis which cost £8 per trip.

No negatives at all re the property

"Great house"

This is a lovely, big house. It was perfect for six adults. 4 of the rooms had ensuites. It was spotlessly clean throughout. It was about a 25 minute walk into Whitby.

We liked it all.

"Brilliant"

Beautiful location right near the pub and local shops and a 30 minute walk from Whitby, or taxi for £10 which isn’t bad at all. Very happy with our stay!

"Amazing family accommodation"

The house was amazing! Fully equipped with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Fabulous family space inside and other. Excellent off road parking.

"Great house for a family stay."

A very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped house. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was great. As was having outdoor seating space when the weather was hot.

"A perfect base."

The house was very spacious and welcoming. It had everything we needed and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Our only quibbles(and they’re minor) are that it was a little further out of Whitby than we would have preferred, but that didn’t really matter. And, even more trivial (and less salubrious) was that the toilet paper was very cheap and flimsy (which means you use more).
