Location, cleanliness. The drier inside the bathroom was really convenient.

Stanza piccola, lavatrice condivisa, piano cottura non utilizzabile, poco fornito e no pentole, non si può mangiare comodamente in stanza

Personale cordiale, struttura pulita, monolocale con angolo cottura e spazio per le valigie ( alcune stanze in Giappone sono davvero piccole). Posizione non centralissima ma in una zona bellissima , tranquilla ed originale. In zona : Supermercato , combini , locande.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The self catering facilities are such a bonus. Free washing machine was appreciated. Bathroom dryer was surprisingly efficient. Proximity to a local shopping street was exceptional- 1 minute walk to great food. Staff were very helpful. Great value for money.

I liked the staffs; they communicated well in English, spoke softly and kindly answered to my inquiries. We were allowed to use any of the dishware in the shared kitchen. The room was not big yet the furniture (bed, bathroom and sink) was pretty good. It was especially useful for me to have another faucet out of the bathroom (mini-kitchen). The hotel is located in a housing neighborhood, next to Sanjo shopping street, so we enjoyed a nice walk with a local Kyoto atmosphere around there.

The laundry machines were only available during daytime (there is no laundry liquid but you can get some at the reception). The room was not very soundproof.
