Lage ist sehr gut. Hotel ist sauber.

Check out ist um 10:00, aber Check in erst um 16:00..

Номера небольшие, впрочем, как везде в Японии. Было неожиданностью, что ресепшен работает только днем и при раннем выезде были проблемы, которые можно было решать только с ресепшен, коих не было обнаружено

La ubicación y que tuviera ascensor. Servicio de lavadora (aunque pocas lavadoras para el número de huéspedes).

Publicitan que tiene cocina (que además sale en la foto de la habitacion) pero al llegar esta desactivada y no hay menaje de cocina, te dicen que uses una comun en el hall pero de 7 am a 21 pm, luego ya no te lo permiten. Yo seleccioné este alojamiento porque tengo alergias alimentarias, y no me ha parecido justo que no lo indicaran.

Mous avons aimé l'emplacement. Bien.situé pour la gare et les métros. S'appelle aussi Calm Castle donc a été un peu difficile au début de trouver.

Nous avions payé pour une cuisine mais finalement, à notre arrivée, on s'est fait dire qu'on ne pouvait pas utiliser le poêle. Qu'il fallait utiliser les installations communes. Alors nous aurions pu avoir une chambre et ça nous aurait coûté moins cher. Très petit comme appartement. Nous n'avions pas non plus de chaises ou petite table pour manger dans l'appartement.

The hotel is a short walk from the Mito Train Station and we had a view of the river from our room. The staff were exceptional in every way and helped us without being asked when they saw we were having difficulties with the signs as we didn't speak Japanese. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of foods to select for every taste.

We wanted smokefree and realise we should have booked a smoke floor not just a smokefree room. The smell from the smoking rooms did permeate the floor we were on.

Nagyon hangulatos, hogy gyakorlatilag egy japán mini apartmant kapunk. A szoba mérete megfelelő volt, a tisztaság kielégítő, a létesítmény jól felszerelt. A dohányzó a hotel előtt található.

A törölköző nagyon szöszölt.
