Alobar1000 Hostel

Common area is okay and there js a security guy during the night. So i felt safe

-The bed doesn’t have curtains -It was Lunar new year period so there were lot’s of chinese and didn’t really respect the common etiquette.. like talking loud till late night in the room, making a laundry in the toilet - toilets were always full of shit.. - the hostel play the music from the early morning like around 7-8am and i could hear it from my bed. - the sound of the cleaners talking and chatting at the lobby in the morning was toooo loud so I had to wake up from sleeping.

I felt very comfortable and welcomed from the moment I arrived at Alobar1000! The staff are very friendly and helpful and even carried my heavy backpack up the stairs to my room for me. The private room at Alobar1000 is very large and clean and I loved the bay window overlooking the pool with a loveseat. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows and comforter are so soft and very high quality, which was unexpected (it reminded me of an expensive hotel room in the States). The bathroom is also very large and clean and I had plenty of hot water for showers as well as nice towels and soaps provided to use. I'll definitely return to Alobar1000 and really enjoyed my time there. I highly recommend staying here as you're going to love it!!!

Well maintained, clean & aesthetic. They have more washrooms who need more privacy.

Very relaxed atmosphere. I went there during off peak season so the restaurant/bar was empty but it seemed like a fun spot to hang!

It takes about 8 mnts for hot water to start flowing. Once it starts, it's all good but I felt like I was wasting water 😅

I had a great time here because it was quiet, the food was good and the staff was very friendly. I also liked the fact that it's not too big so you easily get in contact with other travellers.

Nice people, very helpfully. Could leave my baggage there while on the Anapurna Circuit.
