Absolutely Shocking – Avoid at All Costs ⭐❌ This was without doubt the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had. As soon as we arrived at Maneki Serra 1/2D, we turned around and left – it was so appalling that we booked a hotel within minutes just to get away from it. The place was in horrendous condition. There was bird faeces everywhere, and the entire property looked and smelled like a neglected shed, not somewhere fit for human stay. Inside was dark, without windows or air conditioning, creating an unsafe and claustrophobic environment. In case of a fire, there would have been no escape route. The toilet was filthy, with faeces still visible, and the kitchen was equally disgusting, with no utensils – only two old pots and three random spoons. The beds were falling apart, the duvets looked like they had been used for decades, and the “towels” were more like worn-out kitchen rags. Even worse, the entrance was secured with a metal chain – absolutely bizarre and unsettling. The smell inside was unbearable, like something had died. The furniture was broken, dirty, and completely mismatched, and the promised parking did not exist – a complete lie. The host was unreachable and nearly impossible to communicate with. The address provided was incorrect, and the surrounding area felt unsafe, resembling a run-down slum. To make matters worse, the host was incredibly sneaky and has set things up in a way that makes it nearly impossible to get your money back – no help, no apology, and no accountability. My wife burst into tears, terrified at the thought of staying there. She felt physically sick and couldn’t even wash her hands due to how dirty everything was. We lost all our money, and we honestly cannot believe that this place is even allowed to be listed. It was unsanitary, unsafe, misleading, and completely uninhabitable. This property deserves not zero, but minus 10 stars. Avoid at all costs. It should be removed from all booking platforms immediately...

The only positive note I have about it is the location, it’s just 10 minutes away from the station which is great.

Foot prints on radiators, one of the bed was uncomfortable so I couldn’t sleep both nights. We were thinking to relax outside, we couldn’t sit anywhere because the chairs were too dirty. The owner keeps saying ‘I will give your receipt tomorrow’, it’s been almost a week.

You have everything what you need in the apartment. Wifi is good, you have smart tv. Bed is really good, main part of apartment is really nice.

Shower was not clean. Everything could be cleaner. And the location is, its not bad but just little hard to find and neighbourhood for me was not nice but that is my opinion for someone else can be good.

The apartment’s location near the railway station is convenient, but that’s the only real positive for me.

The cleanliness was unacceptable — I found someone else's hair in the sink and on the shower wall. I didn’t feel safe or clean enough to use the shower, which defeats the purpose of staying in a private apartment. For €106 per night (lokal tax excluded), this is simply not okay. The space feels damp (it seems the apartment was converted from a garage), which makes it uncomfortable and attracts quite a lot of mosquitoes. The price does not reflect the quality offered, and both hygiene and comfort levels need serious improvement.
