The house was large, clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. I really appreciated attention to detail such as fresh and clean linens, towels, beach/pool towels, variety of coffee /tea, water, snacks , well stocked kitchen, laundry room etc. Checking in and checking out process was really smooth. The communication was excellent before and during the stay. The house is located close to the highway with easy access to everything the area has to offer. Looking forward to booking a stay in this house again.

Needs more efficient de-humidifier. Existing one needed to be emptied 2x a day to reduce moldy/wet smell in the house.

"Best money spent for a great vacation"

All basic needs were provided until we could get to the store. Plenty of trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, toiletries etc. The coffee bar was amazing, the pool and outdoor area were superb; all 4 teens had a blast. The kitchen is stocked with all basic needs. We really appreciated the Brita water filter. The beds were comfy, the living room super cozy for movies, the bathrooms provided shampoo conditioner and body wash. Plenty of towels and rags, so happy about that. Basically this was the best! Also, they left an adorable goody basket of snacks! This property is a short drive to target and Publix’s and a dollar general right outside the entrance of the subdivision.
