Lovely staff. Good location. The street is low traffic and calm yet it’s close to where you’ll be going. Great value.

The hotel is close to the centre of town but on a quiet side street. Staff are friendly. Is basic, but it is the same as most places in El Nido. Was fine for one night.

The room we were put in smelt, and the bathroom had not been cleaned. We asked to be moved to another room, which they did without an issue. The other room was fine but the towels were a bit old and also covered us in bits. Not exactly what you need after a long travel day.

Great location and staff very helpful. Room was clean, good A/C and warm shower.

Wifi was unusable as it was so slow (could not even load webpages etc.) breakfast was small (1 fried egg, 1 small pancake and a slice of fruit).

The property is in the perfect location! It was only less than a minute walk to the laundry service, and there are several mini stores nearby. It was only a ~5 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. We could not recommend the staff (Patricia) enough, as she had gone beyond service to help resolve the issues we encountered during our stay, and also assisted us on our last day, when we had food poisoning from a nearby restaurant. My mother and my brother stayed in a twin room, which did not have a toilet seat to begin with, and unfortunately and unexpectedly, the air-conditioning unit broke on our 2nd night of stay, hence, my mother and my brother had to sleep in a very hot room with their door opened to somewhat endure the heat (it was the peak of summer in the Philippines). Due to the timing of Easter holiday/ Lenten week season, it took a day before the air-conditioning unit and the toilet seat were repaired. Despite this misfortunes, Patricia was very helpful, and she made sure to keep us up-to-date with the progress of contacting the repair men. It was commendable that at the peak of holiday, she was the only staff member working, and attending to our needs (from facilitating check-in, preparing breakfast, tidying up rooms, and communicating with the host, etc.).

-Value for money (it is known that El Nido is an expensive destination) compared to the facilities in the property -The shower area is very narrow -Installing shelves and more hooks can be an improvement for the property - The Wifi was immensely slow

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Mariella in El Nido! The rooms and beds were very comfortable, with air conditioning and hot water for showers — a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. It’s just a quick 10-minute walk to the beach and close to all the great restaurants and shops. Patricia, our host, was excellent — so attentive and welcoming, providing outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. I give Casa Mariella 5 stars and a perfect 10 rating. Highly recommend!

Clean rooms and near to everything. Breakfast was good. Easy to rent a bike from hotel.
