Excellent in all respects. Perfect location, just by the sea. And Francesco, the host, welcomed us as friends. We felt at home in this nicely decorated room, enjoyed the garden watching the sea. The location is also very nice, this is genuine Italy with good food all around.

I couldn't imagine finding a better accommodation to stay than 12 Passi Dal Mare. The room was impeccably clean, with everything being brand new. Francesco went above and beyond to ensure our comfort every day. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find water and delicious fruit in the fridge, including one of the sweetest watermelons we've ever tasted. The convenient location of the stay was a huge bonus, making it easy for us to explore Bari and its surroundings with ease. Francesco also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants, which was incredibly helpful as first-time visitors to Bari. I can't recommend this accommodation enough. If you want to experience true professionalism and hospitality, you have to try it for yourself. The prime location truly enhanced my overall experience, making my trip to Puglia seamless. I highly recommend 12 Passi Dal Mare for anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Bari. Thank you, Francesco, for your exceptional hospitality.

"Amazing place and host to relax and enjoy good moments."

This place is THE place to relax. You’re front of the sea, no need to take the car or even walk. The port and downtown are at less than 10mins by walking for food and drinks. The room is super clean with everything inside. And last but not least, Francesco. A wonderful host who knows how to make people comfy like if you were at home!
