The breakfast was only served between 8:30-10:30. We were often out before this time.

Upon our arrival to the airport, we were asked if we still needed a ride. This was already arranged 2 weeks prior. Additionally, we were told the price would be $20 more than original quote! The first night we were there, our reserved room was given to another guest! This was an inconvenience as it affected our plans in the morning and settling in twice when they switched our room the next day. They never offered a reimbursement for the inconvenience of the smaller room for the first night! The manager never addressed this issue with me even after I asked to speak with them about it the next day! We were only pressed about paying the “taxes” upon arrival! That seemed to be more important than our room being changed without our consent! In addition, the sheets were not changed every 3 days as advertised. Also, the AC was turned off in the room during the day and didn’t cool off until the next morning. The bathrooms were extremely hot and uncomfortable all the time! The curbs outside are full of glass and garbage, causing us to get a flat tire on our rental car!

Camera pulitissima. Bagno pulitissimo. Personale gentilissimo e professionale.

The room is very good, beds are good and it is close to the historic center

Siamo stati benissimo la stanza è molto spaziosa e pulita, abbiamo apprezzato anche il balconcino. Se tornassimo in zona sicuramente prenoteremmo di nuovo qui. Zona molto comoda per visitare la città e staff super gentile e disponibile, grazie di tutto! ☺️

Accolti benissimo in un ambiente familiare, come sentirsi a casa.
