"Centrally located B&B"

A great central location, not too noisy though. I enjoyed the possibility to reach all my desired destinations by feet. The facilities are very nice, clean, really nothing to complain about. Amazing hosts, always reachable via WhatsApp and willing to help.

The facade of the building is under construction which didn't spoil the quality of my stay as such as it wasn't noisy during my time, but did prohibit me from enjoying the nice balcony.

The Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location was relatively close (6 min walk from the Teatro Massimo) I could leave my luggage past the checkout time.

The Hotel was under construction for a while before I booked my reservation. no indication on Booking.com regarding that. The room was Dark due to the Scaffolding and the access to the Balcony was blocked. My cancellation was declined and no compensation was offered by the Hotel.
