"Bad property @ K Suites"

Nothing to be honest it was terrible from the start......

2 broken blinds Bedroom door coming off the hinges Constantly dripping tap from kitchen its non stop and makes it hard too sleep Leak in bathroom coming from upstairs Bad smell in bathroom & no amount of spray gets rid of the scent Door handle off on bathroom door Pipe loose on roof so all water from upstairs comes right on the front door The washing machine door doesn't close so you can't wash anything

Location is excellent for my place of work

Bathroom door handle was still unattached, funky aroma still present in bathroom despite the addition of air fresheners, kitchen tap still dripping, chair & dining table still broken. This is a downstairs flat & the occupiers upstairs where very noisy with very heavy footfall late at night

"STINKS OF SEWAGE"

Nothing.

The place is in a very dangerous place and we even had armed police knock on the door as the other flats were filled with dodgy people. The flat stinks of sewage.
