Proximity to the university. Private entrance and undercover parking. An iron was nckuded in the cupboard, which was very handy.

It was dirty: I had to clean the counters and the top of the fridge before I could place anything there. The washingup sponge was dirty, and there was no drying cloth for drying dishes. The shower had stained dirty grouting. I bought bathroom and kitchen cleaner, sponges and a drying cloth in order to clean up the kitchen and bathroom area myself.

Clean, beautiful peaceful environment

Accommodating if you arrive late from the bus. It's a good stopover.

Location, as its closest to the Meditas Spar, which makes it easier to go shopping.

The fact that there’s an early check in fee that’s not mentioned. It would’ve been better if this was communicated. My stay was for 13 nights yet my sheets were never changed during my stay. The property contact are not responsive when chatting through the Booking app.
