Room 4- No welcome by the host after calling that we have arrived, one had to figure out where the entrance was. The bathroom is very tiny. The water was cold, shower is dated and has black on the grout, dirty shower/tub mixer. There seem to be no care on the water wastage based on the response of the host when raising the issue. Not enough cutlery for 2 people and the ones there not properly cleaned. The windows are facing the road, no privacy if the curtains are opened, they can do with the lace curtain together with the blockout curtains. They need to display the cellphone number of the host on duty to call when one needs to checkout. I called the one displayed, of the caretaker, and the host went on that I should not call that number but the one she gave my husband. The pillows are hard, more for decor than to sleep on.
