The location was great, and the host was welcoming and helpful in explaining the available amenities.

One small shortfall was the hot water, which took a while to heat up and didn’t stay warm for long. The pillows were also quite firm and a bit uncomfortable for my preference. Aside from that, the place was comfortable.

Xoli (receptionist) is warm and welcoming. I had to check out early and she assisted with that. Check-in is swift.

There’s mold in the bathroom. The dishes were not properly washed, sponge to wash dishes was dirty as well. The shower head doesn’t provide an even flow of water. No shower cap provided.

"The place was nice and safe we only got the WiFi password in the morning as the staff didn’t even know the password"

Safe and secured

When got to the gate the staff was very rude didn’t want to open the gate since we checked in very late
