"Disappointing"

The bed is not functioning well and I think the mattress is not working. The WIFI is not working half the time. Cleaning is not thorouth.

"We all enjoyed using the converted Chapel as a base to explore Swansea and the Gower8pm"

The accommodation was close to the places we wanted to be near, but in an area where there is a lot of litter. We had no problem parking for the weekend. The accommodation was completed to a high standard and well appointed.

The outside light came on when others guests accessed the property and shone into one of the bedrooms making sleeping difficult. It would have been nice to have a mirror in the shower room.

"Broken Mattress"

Able to walk to city centre.

Worst accommodation experience. We booked for 2 nights. The bed mattress was broken. We couldn't sleep for first night. Called the host for help but nothing was done. We didn't want another sleepless second night so we decided to move out & look for another accommodation.

"It was alright, I wouldn’t stay again"

It was as nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable and the water was hot

The location was not brilliant. There was loads of rubbish in the alleyway and on the street. There were loads of marks on the walls and the front door handle was falling off, the parking can be difficult

"Good all round little flat but requires a bit more attention"

Well decorated, clean flat for four with all the basic facilities in place and located in an interesting area of Swansea not far from the station, main shops and bus station. All the locals were very helpful.

A few unnecessary problems were a) no tv remote, b) bed mattress that had seen better days (it was a double on a king-size base, and c) two of the cooking pans were burnt and unusable. Otherwise, all was fine. It might pay for the owners to stay a night there and see what needs to be fixed.

"Superb"

Location was perfect for our needs. Comfy seating (ie settee) would have been inadequate had there been four of us staying. otherwise everything was excellent.

Entrance passageway looked quite dirty and unkempt but that didn't deter us.
