Exceptionally amazing. I’ve stayed many apartments at Swansea, but this is something different. Beautiful interior all appliances for your needs. Stuff I mean women from reception was so helpful, I have left some of the belongings on the leave and she called me straight a way to discuss how to get it back. 10/10 service

The location is good; pubs, shops and restaurants around and not far from beaches and city centre. Quiet area too.

The fact that it says that it sleeps 4 isn’t great. It does have 1 double bed but the pull out sofa was a very small fit for 2 children. Cleanliness wasn’t brilliant with some interesting objects found under the bed and behind units. WiFi was poor and not much comfortable seating arrangements in the living room if more than 3 people.

Large with high ceilings making the whole apartment feel roomy. Excellent location to shops beach city centre amd transport hubs. We stayed on a weekend and there wasn't any noise from clubbers out in the city. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. The best thing was the fact we could bring our furr baby cat with us who enjoyed her new surroundings to explore inside. Access to Netflix on the TV andfree fast WiFi. The hosts were kind to let us check out 50 minutes later so our cat didn't have to stay in her carrier longer than needed.

Only a few little ideas for improvement. The beds could have been a bit bigger. Needed a cheese grater, 1 more tea towel, a dustpan and brush and a fish slice. Be careful of the entrance as can be slippy when it's wet. Also there was rubbish outside on the kerb ready to be collected however seagulls had got into them causing a mess. Recommend stronger bags or biffa bin.

Had all the facilities we needed, Washer/dryer worked very well. 10 minute walk from city centre.

Tad noisy at night (I was OK but the light sleepers in the family didn't like it), area of town is not the best.

Flat looks like new, very nice bathroom,walls,windows floors were very clean. All kitchen equipments were there to bake,cook or prepare the dinner. Radiator available to turn on/off anytime,water heater too,one h car park available literally in the front of the entrance. I would give easily 5 stars as a flat.

Nice apartment had everything you need

The building is beautiful and the apartment has beautiful high roofs and traditional windows.

We arrived on Friday evening and there was no bedding for the sofa bed and only 2 towels. I phoned and was told someone would come in the morning. No one arrived I followed up with a text and message through Booking.com and received no response. We had to manage with a throw and 2 towels. Apartment was clean on the surface but we were greeted by bits of toilet roll at the apartment door, the sofa bed was dirty and underneath it hasn’t been cleaned. The entrance to the building was disgusting.
