P.A.P.E's RETREAT

Awesome place to stay, we enjoyed the animal visit a lot and the pool was great as it was very hot. Small bit just what you need for a weekend away. Solar helped when power when out as long as you don't use the aircon's and kettle.

The top room was extremely hot and not even the fans could cool it dow properly. I would suggest a aircon up there as all the hot air accumulated in the roof and made it unbearable. The universal aircon remotes don't set the aircon properly but we used the one panasonic remote to set all of them and all was good.

Air-condition upstairs would be good.

Complete privacy 50m walk to the Kruger fence It's a complete house with lots of space

The location was excellent with the closiness to the river and wild life access

Wild life visiting our accomodation. It was an relaxing atmosphere and experiance

The pool and the spacious kitchen was amazing!

The room upstairs was too close to the ceiling and it was thatched grass which didn’t help with sinuses

the location of the property is superb, the pool was warm & clean, the house was big enough and the animals where walking close to the property
