It is reasonable value for money and in a lovely part of the park.

While the property is in a lovely location and has a beautiful sparkling pool and uninterrupted power supply, the house was dirty and appeared to lack sufficient basic care. The condition of furniture looks better in the photos. There was a broken couch inside and one outside the house. There were dusty cupboard drawers, lipstick marks on glasses, a fridge that reeked of red meat, stained/marked sheets, and what appears to be vomit stains on the bathroom walls. The house is in severe need of a deep clean.

Awesome location

The invasive weeds taking over Marloth Park are very concerning.

What an amazing place! Big house with lots of room, outdoor area is 10/10! Had zebra, kudu, warthogs, impala and more coming up to eat just out front of the accomodation every afternoon. Unreal experience, will be back!

Absolutely loved every second of our stay at this property. It’s well geared for families with older kids, affording good privacy in the three bedrooms while the loft was great for our teenage boys. The pool was our absolute saving grace. A nice addition would be umbrellas around the pool to provide some shade in the heat of the day. Outside of the owners’ control: the dirt roads in Marloth is a challenge to navigate making it unpleasant to travel around the park.

Loved all the animals walking freely around the property. Location was perfect, very close to crocodile river also only about 25min drive to Kruger. Very clean and tidy property has all you need for a comfortable stay. Marloth park is also amazing.
