No me gusto el trato y manejo de la reserva. 2 dias antes de la fecha me cancelaron la reserva por tarjeta invalida. Mande mail al hotel y a Booking, todavia se estan culpando mutuamente. Por suerte pude hacer nuevamente la reserva, que pague con la tarjeta supuestamente invalida. Te envian unas detalladas y estrictisimas "normas de la casa", pero la verdad es q luego es pura decepcion. El aire acondicionado es central, esta mas tiempo desconectado q funcionando, cuando lo reclamas lo ponen y luego vuelven a mandarlo a otro sector supongo, porque ya no tira nada. Le falta mantenimiento y renovacion de las instalaciones. La recepcionista de la tarde muy descortes y malhumorada, me nego un cesto para tirar papeles, tuve q llevarlos a la calle, y pedi un baño y me dijo que no tenian. De las 3 estrellas que le dieron al hotel se le cayeron 2, muchas aspiraciones pero poca realidad.

El servicio de atención muy bueno, siempre había alguien que te podía ayudar a cualquier hora. El staff muy bueno y te explicaba todo genial. La habitación amplia y tal y como aparece en las imágenes. La ubicación es ideal porque está en el centro de la ciudad y te puedes mover fácilmente

El aire acondicionado había que ir a recepción para que te cambiaran la temperatura y costaba un poco entender cómo hacerlo
