La struttura ha una posizione eccellente 10/10 è davvero in pieno centro a Madrid. Lo staff è molto accogliente e gentile e si mettono a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza. Noi eravamo in 3 la camera ha tutto il necessario e se avesse bisogno di cuscini e asciugacapelli in più potrete chiederlo alla reception. Inoltre se arrivate prima de check in potete lasciare i bagagli tranquillamente.

La stanza non è grande ma per chi deve visitare la città va bene. Si può migliorare la pulizia di Cuscini e lenzuola. Si vedeva che erano lavate ma c’erano delle macchie. Bisognerebbe sostituire sia le lenzuola che i cuscini e bisognerebbe pulire meglio il pavimento per la presenza di capelli.

Excelente ubicación, la habitación amplia, límpia y el personal muy amable. Nuestra pieza tenía heladera que enfriaba super bien y solicite un hervidor de agua que tuvimos durante las 3 noches, cama cómoda y el aire si bien es central funciono excelente a pesar del calor.

Para una estancia corta esta bien porque está en plena Gran Vía
