"Hotel has no windows and openings to see outside."

Location , and cleanliness was there in the hotel.

Elevator was not working. During checkin at night , the front office staff asked for advance payment, this never asked by any hotels. When I said that , then he said ok. And last one thing, the picture showing road facing well lit hotel. But hotel has neither any window nor balcony. Entire room looks v odd.
