Good location and clean with very friendly staff

Noisy and no action taken against unruly noisy guests creating a ruckus after hours, despite informing and requesting the Hotel staff daily. The quality of bathroom supplies should be improved. The toilet rolls and napkins were of poor quality flimsy and staff were stingy to supply more.

We were overcharged for the stay, which was more of a booking.com issue, rather than the property (price agreed at booking increased at check out). Issue wasn’t resolved.
