Staff behaviour is very pathetic

Nice neat and good atmosphere

Nothing but shortage of ice and all in kitchen

Color of the building Rest everything is just gloomy but in real sense disappointing

Property I mean here is the room where I stayed. Bedding stinks Water leakage in the bathroom Stinky washroom and not properly cleaned We are allocated 003 room Sparks came out of the exhaust in washroom I had immediately informed the reception and guard asked us to move to alternate room 308 It was 10pm at night and the room we were allocated was not properly cleaned Bedding was not even changed and clearly showed someone had used it and staff simply expected us to use as is , they said don’t worry it’s clean. Previous guest didn’t not sleep, they just stayed for a while. Such pathetic response While charging for room you don’t reduce the amount for room size or shifting but you expect us to adjust to the room even if it’s not as per standards Then staff when called again he said this was the best we could do. Really surprising to hear such irresponsible response from hotel staff. Anyways this experience overall was bad and I don’t think I am interested to come here again
