Great location, very handy for shopping and restaurants

A few more mugs and a tea towel would have been useful

Location was great and very convenient, flat was very clean and furnished well. Had to call the management team and they were responsive and attentive.

Twin beds were very uncomfortable and disposable pillow covers were poor and not the standard we expect. Tap lever in the kitchen kept coming off. Top floor flat so stairs weren't great with the suitcases and not accessible for those with disabilities or certain health conditions. Great place for a night or 2 and overall we thought it was value for money

The beds were a bit soft for me. But that's personal preference and others would love it if u like a soft bed.

Comfortable clean and fantastic location

The Penthouse was exactly as it was described in the advertisement. Lewis, the host was brilliant at answering all of my questions and there was not a single thing wrong. I loved the balcony, the location and the beauty of the penthouse.

Low water pressure in bathtub; anti-scald setting set too low in the flat meaning baths were lukewarm; overhead lighting super bright and not dimmable; noise from the street; uncomfortable furniture; noxious overusage of 3volution air fresheners.
