The Luxe Haven Penthouse - Sleeps 4 Apartment Nottingham City Centre

Location of the apartment is very central. Apartment is comfortable and spotless clean with good amenities. Hosts are very responsive. Bedrooms are good sized. Great value for money.

Two flight of stairs up, WiFi connection was a bit slow, the street is a bit noisy at night but nothing too bad.

Everything clean and well presented, made a nice change from the hotels we usually get for these events we travel for and it was nice to be all together.

I tried to cook us all breakfast in the morning and the hob was very difficult to figure out! Also the frying pan didn't like being used on the hob! it created a lot of smoke and bent with the heat! not what you expect from a frying pan.

Central well equipped and clean.

Couple of things-we only had 3 mugs and there were 4 of us. The heating programmer had flat batteries so we couldn’t get heating (we changed them). Sofa was uncomfortable probably more suited for a couple than a group/family.

Very nicely furnished, very comfortable to spend the night.

We needed to use the sofa bed but there was no bedding available for this that we could find. Probably worth letting hosts know you need it when booking.

No shampoo and conditioner or hairdryer

The property was beautiful and very clean. The extra amenities like cotton pads and ear buds were a really nice personal touch. The bed is a sofa bed so it was really nice and cosy when watching TV. The property layout is also very nice and very easy access to the balcony from the living room and bedroom. Plenty of light that comes in to the property which is also beautiful. The property is decorated very well with plenty of snug blankets and pillows. The property has both a bath and shower which was really nice. The beds were comfy as were the duvet. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back in coming months for a longer stay!

The property was amazing. The only thing is it’s quite a way up, (stairs) 2 flights when accessing the property. But the location was brilliant central to everything. Very quick and easy to get in and out.
