Sunbeach Condo 900 Wesley Avenue Unit 109

Beware - the listing does not include bed sheets, towels, any toiletries, and very little toilet paper. We are pointing this out because it is not made obvious in the listing, and it's easy to miss the busy "welcome" image shortly before your stay.

Good amenities, lots of outlets. The place was very clean and fairly accessible. Close enough to the beach to walk back and change/shower for the boardwalk. We liked the soft beds with memory foam toppers but not anyone who prefers a firm bed should be aware these are pretty soft.

While being on the first floor makes this place very accessible, anyone wheelchair bound would probably struggle with the small step of the threshold into the cando. It isn't a full "step" maybe about an inch up from the sidewalk.

Location was great, place was clean and spacious. There were sheets and trash bags which some reviews i saw said they werent included

Booking did not provide the door passcode so i had to call customer service at 1am but they answered immediately and resolved the issue so it was all great in the end, also there was no hair dryer

The room was nice and the building was at a good location with assigned off street parking.

Two beds was one more than we needed. The room would have felt more spacious with one bed. Being from an older generation it is strange not to meet anyone in person when checking in. That said, getting into the room was easy and everything was in order with instructions left and the messages received explained everything we needed to know.
