Good location, easy walking to both restaurants in the middle of town and a prime section of boardwalk. Good parking, at least for one car. Equipped with a good size fridge and range so you can prepare some meals inside if you choose.

The booking.com website said linens were provided, but they weren't. Nor were towels and the toilet paper was nearly out. No soap or shampoo. With proper communication, these would have been easily remedied, but we didn't know until we found out on our own and it was late at night for some of these. The host thought there was another message sent out upon confirmation with instructions on getting into the room but we didn't have it and don't remember receiving it. We had to message him repeatedly until he was able to respond with the door code and it appears as thought we might never have gotten in because he had been on an airplane flight. I think a better practice would be to send out the message and then confirm receipt. Also the bed's mattress was overly soft and a little dirty underneath. The emphasis was on sleeping, as is common for beach hotels, but this meant for a party of two that there was an extra bed but not a comfortable chair or more table space.

It was very clean. Pool was great on Sunday.

The beds were terrible. You could feel the springs in them. The pool wasn’t open Monday which was a big disappointment. The superintendent wasn’t very polite at all.

The location.
