We like the location of the property which is very close to the public beach. We like the size of the property

The cleanliness should be upgraded The wifi is not serving well

The person in charge is very helpful.

The unit is spacious and clean. Besides the usual things like towels, shower gel, etc, the host also provides plates, cutlery, broom set, kitchen towel, iron and iron board, lots of cloth hanger that make the stay very convenient for us. Easy access to the duty free shop, supermarket, food stall and 3 mins walk to the beach. The beach is not crowded like teluk nipah, so it's very peaceful for us.

Since the beach is not crowded, the water activity is limited and not as much as what teluk nipah had. So, if you are looking for activities like banana boats and jet skis, this might not be the place for you. They do have the usual boat rides, island hopping etc.

The host was excellent and provided us clear guidance. The property was clean and amenities are all within walking distance.

Very strategic location. Near to ikan bakar restaurant, duty free shop, taxi stand, beach, pasar malam, speedmart. All walking distance 👍🏻👍🏻
