Location was very good, close to the beach. There's a small grocery store downstairs and lots of restaurants around. Ideal for a base with family. Swimming pool downstairs is also good for children. For my family it was perfect and meet all our needs.

Flat itself is a little tired but it's generally in good condition and very clean. Would normally prefer to be able to cook as we normally do so for our young kids but there's lots of food options around.

It located very near to beach (Pasir Bogak), and convenience store and duty free shop nearby as well. The facilities overall is satisfied. The room type suitable to come with family. Easy reach out to owner by WhatsApp and call.

strategic place. near to duty free shop and supermarket just at the lobby. nice and clean apartment. suitable for small and large family. Host (Ms Tammy) is very kind and helpful. Definitely will stay again on future visit. Value for money.

not enough parking space for car. only 1 lift operational during the visit. only 3 tv channel available no wifi
