Spacious 3 Bed House, 5mins to HS2/ NEC/Airport.

Very clean.Good and fast communication. Confortable and nice place. Recommend .

Great proximity to NEC so very convenient for getting to and from the show.

We were attending an event at the NEC and needed somewhere local to stay. The drive from the NEC to the house took under 10 minutes. This was at rush hour too. The house was well decorated and furnished and very clean. A loaf of bread, milk in the fridge and a box of Toffifees were left for us. A lovely touch by the owner

No off road parking available. We did find somewhere very near the property easily enough though

Bed was comfy. Nice clean home.

Just the couches were clearly very well used and not comfy at all. Could do with updating.

Cleanliness and the location

Everything was excellent 👌

Lovely apartment, had everything we wanted.

Only thing that was a little annoying was the next door neighbours dogs barking early but besides that everything was amazing.

Great location for a weekend working at the NEC, 10 minute drive from the event to the house - perfect. The property was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had 3 generations and a dog so loved how big the front room and kitchen were. Would definitely stay again if we were going another event or flying from Birmingham airport.

Just the usual, sofa beds aren't the comfiest and can hear people moving around because of the age of the building. Nothing more to report from that. A great stay!
