Very spacious and the host was polite and informative before the stay and was happy to let extra people stay with us!

Unfortunately The smell of damp is very strong as soon as you walk through the front gate. Alot of items that the ad says are provided are not. We had 2 toilet rolls and one dish Sponge, one tea towel and bath towels. However No cloths and cleaning spray was basically empty. No tumble dryer or hair dryer. No other toiletries provided like described. The on suite bathroom has a small leak in the radiator but the shower door is also broken so when using the shower the water goes everywhere. We used the shower and even after opening windows, when we returned 12 hours later everything left in the bedroom was damp! It's a very cold house. Broken appliances in the kitchen, mould in the dishwasher, mould on the bedroom walls, lose toilet seat, not enough seating, missing cupboard parts. The gardens are also shared with the other apartments which we weren't aware of. I feel like this place is advertised as a whole house and private garden when it isn't. There was also a kitchen knife in the garden statue. 2 tvs didn't work due to the shocking WiFi signal. Also reading a recent review the host replied to a negative one to say the guest was not truthful and to not believe the review..I wish I had seen the review before booking.

The facilities were excellent, the beds comfortable, ample space. Overall amazing value for money.

Had some issues with the boiler as it needed repressurising, but was soon sorted out. Also was unable to find a hairdryer. Otherwise excellent place.

Good value for money and parking available. Clean and comfortable. Great location, less than a 10 minute walk from the station and could easily get ubers.

No bins in the bathrooms or bedrooms. The neighbour upstairs came out and had "a go" at us about our cars when we were told we could park there just not infront of the electric charging port.

Very roomy, modern amenities. Beautiful outlook. Beds were comfortable.

Just had a few maintenance issues at the time, but the host was very responsive.

Large beautiful flat in leafy and peaceful location. Garden views and patio. Parking for both our cars. Close to Sefton Park, Lark lane restaurants and Otterspool prom. Good kitchen.

Ants in the kitchen were a nuisance but the host came quickly with ant powder. Bedside tables are needed in the bedrooms.

The house is spacious

The owner must warn that there are ants in the kitchen. Although we did not leave any food, it was there from the beginning to the end. They should fumigate or not rent the house.

The size was Amazing, lots of space for the kids to find new hiding spaces which was great for rainy days. A large garden with swings, comfortable bedrooms, nice and clean.

A little bit of a walk to nearby restaurants and the tv sometimes cut out because of the internet.

The property was very clean and tidy, nice and quiet area and the beds were very comfortable.

Nothing

I really enjoyed staying here and in fact extended another night. It was great as I had my dog with me and the garden at the back is pretty secure and rustic. I feel quite relaxed after my stay, you can switch off there as it's very quiet.

I couldn't get the oven open!
