Lack of table and chairs for eating for number of guests. Lack of suitable number of seats in lounge for number of guests.

The location was perfect. The flat is spacious and the owner was very helpful and accommodating.

The flat comfortably sleeps four people so it would be nice to have a dining table and chairs for 4. Also enough chairs in the sitting room for 4. There were three of us but the flat only seats two in the dining room and sitting room.

Great apartment was very spacious was very clean and comfortable. The owner was also very helpful.

We really liked our stay at No.2 Beechcroft. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The rooms were all warm, clean and tidy and all had lots of space. The owner was very helpful and replied very quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Liverpool.

There could be a little more light outside especially at the gate entrance. One of us had a trip on the uneven surface one night walking back to the house.

Nice area and close to where friends live. Spacious property with very comfy beds, modern and clean bathrooms and property was well heated.

Beds were comfortable

Beds were covered in pet hair and the sheets were dirty and unwashed. Many appliances were broken and the unit was in a state of disrepair with leaking sinks and broken kitchen. The kitchen cups and plates were dirty and unwashed. The second bathroom was not clean and had hairs in the bottom. The pinpong table is broken.

The seating could be improved. The flat accommodates 5 people. There are 2 x 2 seater sofas. In seperate rooms. If there are 4 people, they have to sit in different rooms. If there are 5, somebody’s standing! Could really do with a couple of armchairs.

Very friendly and super helpful host. We know the fire alarms work well coz we set them off when cooking a steak (oops!). Comfy beds and well provided for with basic ingredients in the kitchen

No outside lighting in the courtyard but it’s due to be mended

Spacious flat. En suite and a separate shower room. Great location. Comfortable beds.
