79 Sam's Place, Valletta

Located on an atmospheric and quiet street just above the Lower Barakka Gardens, 79 Sam's Place is a hidden gem. It's a very clean and thoughtfully appointed apartment with a bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. Also you are only a few minutes walk from Valletta's main streets. But two things really make it special. The first is the rear roof terrace which provides you with a panoramic view of the Grand Harbour. We enjoyed sitting out there in the morning and evenings and were sorry to leave. The second is Noel himself who was very helpful and communicated clearly.

Het dakterras! Beslist het beste feature van deze accommodatie. Uitzicht over de have waar constant wat te zien is. ‘s avonds met een glas wijn het vuurwerk bekijken dat op verschillende plaatsen wordt afgestoken. Verder is het een rustig, zeer centraal gelegen appartement met goed voorziene keuken. Alles keurig schoon. De locatie van ferry naar Gozo en de ferry naar de overkant van de haven (Three cities) ligt op tien minuten lopen. Valletta is een heerlijke stad.

Geen kritiek maar een kleine waarschuwing: de deur naar het dakterras leidt via een trap met een laag plafond. Voor echt lange mensen of mensen die moeite hebben met bukken wellicht een uitdaging.

L'appartement est joliment décoré, propre avec tout les équipements utiles. Il est très bien situé avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer depuis le toit terrasse. Les sites d'intérêt, les restaurants ainsi que les transports bus, navettes sont à proximité. Nous avons pu échanger facilement avec notre hôte très réactif.

Apartment położony w przepięknej i spokojnej okolicy. Pełne wyposażenie. Dwie klimatyzację, w salonie i sypialni. Taras z przepięknym widokiem. Blisko centrum i portu. Po drugie stronie ulicy przystanek autobusowy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z miłym właścicielem.

Logement parfait pour un séjour a Malte. La vue est exceptionnelle, l'emplacement idéal (calme et proche de tous les commerces) et l'hote est d'une gentillesse, d'une réactivité et d'une disponibllité excellentes. Foncez-y et n'hésitez pas entre plusieurs logements...c'est celui-là le meilleur sur la Valette !!!!

Locatie is prachtig, met gratis vuurwerk vanop de eerste rij :) (9 aug). Zeer proper, goede airco, rustig gelegen op paar minuten van centrum Valetta.

The location of the apartment is excellent being close to everything you’d want to see and do. It was very clean and tidy. Lots of storage space in both kitchen and bedroom. Kitchen very well equipped. The private sun terrace was a lovely place to sit and watch the sea and view the Three Cities. Noel was an excellent host. He was really helpful, friendly, allowed us to leave our luggage both before and after check in/out times.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about it but the lounge area was a bit bare. It would have felt more comfortable with maybe a few pictures on the wall. Also there were a lot of signs with instructions on them which were a little off putting.

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft. Sehr sauber , gut ausgestattet, so gelegen dass man Valletta sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden konnte. Sogar einen kleiner Felsstrand mit einer Bar befindet sich in der Nähe .Das absolute Highlight ,für uns ,war die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen und die Festungsanlage gegenüber. Der Gastgeber Noel ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er reagierte immer sofort auf Nachrichten von uns. Eine absolute Weiterempfehlung von uns .

Fantastic, well equipped, clean , modern apartment in the perfect location in Valletta. Two flights of (steep) stairs at the bottom of the road take you straight up to the 2 main streets , Republic and Merchants ,with the many attractions, shops, restaurants and bus station . Just below the apartment are the Lower Barrakka Gardens and a 10 minute walk takes you to the high speed ferry to Gozo. The private roof terrace is a real bonus with amazing views over the Grand Harbour to the Three Cities and a lovely place to sit and relax after a days sightseeing with a glass of wine and watch the boats and evening fireworks . The host Noel was helpful and accommodating and quick to respond to messages
