"Really nice, safe, and reasonably priced property close to the beach and St. Augustine."

The condo had a bunch of positives: it was was located in a gated community, it had enough space to accomodate my mom and sister and myself, we liked the cute screened in porch, it was within walking distance of the ocean and a couple of bars/restaurants, and it was close to historic St. Augustine.

The only issue I had was that in the listing I think it said it had a pull out couch or sofa bed, which it did not. There was an air mattress, but I woke up in the middle of the night touching the hardwood floors, so I ended up sleeping on the couch.
