Plenty of room for 3 adults. Bonus, having a huge flat screen TV in Both bedrooms AND the Living room Kitchen was well equipped

Would have liked an icemaker in refrigerator Ceiling light in L R & on Fan were very bright, dimmers would fix that.

The place was well equipped and clean. My family really liked the large tvs. Furniture was very comfortable and very roomy .

I think there should have been more instructions on how to get to the beach. One of the timeshare residents explained how to get there to me when I was at the pool. That would have been helpful.

Great location! Great space for a family. I recommend staying at this property! 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes to the beautiful pool. Private, safe location- minutes from Downtown St Augustine. My family and I had a really nice stay! I highly recommend this place. Amber was a great host.

We have several timeshares at this property. What I love is the gated community with a short walk to the beach. Being able to pull right to your door to u load is very convenient

"Perfect stay for a family"

Close to the beach. Very spacious with fully stocked kitchen so we could make our own food. Rooms were large. Patio was really nice. Very pet friendly
