GBVery clean apartment, great location also, no too far of a walk from Lime Street station. Only stayed a couple of nights but looks in a prime area to see tourist attractions. Staff very helpful with providing full details of all the relevant information you need for your stay. Overall, great place to stay, would recommend.

Neighbours having a party and someone ringing the door bell 4 and 6 am each morning
NZIf the agents were up front about the extra charges and additional contract the apartment would rate a worthy 3 stars. It’s perfectly positioned at the top of Bolt Street, and it’s huge. It’s clean enough, but there are patches of paint peeling and the shower fixtures are rickety. The bed we slept in was on the hard side of firm, and because of its prime position there is some street noise through the night of people enjoying themselves (we say if you can’t beat ‘em . . . ) It’s a steepish 3 flights up which is a bit of a grunt, but the reward is a great view of the street below.
The apartment itself is Ok (just) and in a brilliant location, but there are a couple of major red flags. AFTER full payment has been taken you receive a demand for a hefty bond and a request to sign an extensive tenancy agreement. You are told that once you have done this the entry/lockbox details will be released. Both are against Booking.com policy, especially providing credit card details outside the site. We didn’t pay and requested a free cancellation as we weren’t aware of these extra conditions when payment was taken. No communication came back and right up until an hour before check-in we had no idea if we were going to get the info to stay or not. We rang and then the details were promptly emailed to us and everything went Ok from there, but it was a shaky and downright dodgy start.

LUWithin in seconds or minutes of walking, more or less anything u could want was reachable. From restaurants, to shopping, to breakfast, to bars/pubs, public transport etc
Ppl not constantly leaving the front-door to the building open, but hardly to blame on the place itself. +Maybe add more cutlery if the place is rented for 6 people.
GBLocation was excellent, plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops all within walking distance, The host answered all my questions and provided full instructions fir tgd heating and hot water. Apartment was spotless and had everything you needed.

GBThe apartment is in perfect location, few mins walk to bars and restaurants which is very handy.
Couldn’t watch two TVs in the apartment as living room remote is missing. Also bedroom tv remote doesn’t work too.
IEThe location was fantastic. Property was very clean. The facility’s was great with a full kitchen.
Enjoyed our stay in Apartment 6 – excellent central location, close to all the main attractions. The stairs were a bit of a climb with no lift, but the convenience made up for it. Would happily stay again.
