IELocation was great on Berry St.
No signage for the property very difficult to find. Mould on the way beside one of the double beds. Staff never answered any phone calls or replied back to messages.

We arrived @ 11pm to a shocking exterior. When we got inside the apartment the cold hit us (it was -5 outside) and colder inside than out! There was NO heating on. We could only get heating working in 2 of the rooms , the heating would not work in the bedroom which sleeps 5 . We had to bring the mattresses off the beds to sleep in the living area. The duvets were damp with the cold. We could not contact the owner. Left phone calls and messages. We would have left only it was so late and had no where to go. The heating automatically switched off after 4 hours so we were up half the night turning the little heat we had back on. There was mould in the bedrooms and no hot water. None of us slept, the kids were so upset and slept with jumpers and clothes on.It ruined our break away. We checked out the next day to a lovely apartment close by. We were charged for our nights stay. And had to fight to get our money back for the other 2 nights. Absolutely awful experience. Do NOT stay here.

GBGBEverything was brilliant No complaints whatsoever Key left in lockbox as per instructions etc. Will definitely re-book for First Saturday in Sept 2005. Left apartment at 9.40am. Many thanks.
