Facilities are great .. apartment fantastic.. clean .. contains everything needed

Was unessary stress on day we arrived as i had misses the note saying i had to provide card details for deposit. My bad but a gentle reminder beforehand would have been appreciated ..instead I felt I had to chase after company for information to access after a long days travel.. Also there was produce left for us which was very much appreciated but there was a caveat that it would only be free if we placed a review .. we thought that was a bit cheeky

Very nice , clean , big flat close to the loop’. The whole family loved it . Great fitness and staff really reactive …

Bellissimo design nuovo pulito

Il rumore fortissimo in sala dell’aria. Non si poteva nemmeno chiacchierare!

From the moment we booked we notified we were checking in between 12 and 1 am. We were locked out of the property. No front desk after 11 pm. No code, no keys. No phone number we could reach. No emergencu number in the booking (as they claimed to have). Spent from 12:30 AM to 2 AM with my family, on the street, with all the luggage. Had to hit 3 hotels before we found space. They did not take ANY responsibility for the terrible service (the building management was actually far more helpful than the proerty managers themselves). They even claimed we did not inform them about the late arrival.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is very close to public transportation what made very easy to visit places. The architecture of the apartment is amazing. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Chicago!

Great location, gym was a highlight

Locatie uitstekend. Barbecue op dakterras super! Uitzicht vanuit appartement zeer mooi. Keuken zeer goed ingericht. Badkamers prima.

Bedden en matras - graag groter bed : queen size voor de beiden kamers en beter matras.
