La localisation dans la ville, le confort et l'équipement de l'appartement. Le quartier est calme. On est à moins de 5 minutes de la Blue Line.

Rien concernant l'appartement. Mais attention pour les visiteurs européens. Si votre carte bancaire n'est pas une carte de credit (par opposition à une carte de debit) alors vous ne pourrez pas faire votre check in et accèdent à l'appartement ! Je suppose qu'aux usa ce n'est pas unique à cet appartement mais ça n'apparaît clairement qu'après la réservation sur booking .

The building location and building quality were excellent we all slept very soundly. Close to public transport and great food options within an easy walking distance.

Door hinges would benefit from some oil but otherwise perfect.

The views from this apartment were AMAZING!!! My daughter has dreams to move to the big city and this place solidified that for her, she didn't want to leave. Very pleased with accommodations and communication.

I found the bed to be a little hard for my liking but thats just a personal preference.

We walked in, and it was first class all the way. Clean and comfortable with everything I needed at my fingertips. Charlie was attentive and available for any request. The rooms were floor to ceiling amazing views. Bathrooms immaculate and showers had hot, high water pressure that felt soothing. Charlie stocked our fridge as a treat, with breakfast goodies for a kitchen that is fully equipped. The coffee maker was fantastic and made our mornings pleasurable. Can't wait to visit Chicago again, and when I do, it will be with Cloud9.

Everything about the apartment was nice and well thought of. The views from the apartment were great. Please check out the roof top also as it was very cosy. The gym was well equipped with good views. The apartment was fully furnished, every single thing needed was made available. The staff were also super helpful especially with deliveries etc. Location was perfect also, quite central but also serene and quiet. I totally enjoyed walking at various times of the day. Very safe environment

The location was great, also the facilities were super. Great sized apartment. It was also very handy having the washer and dryer.

The only complaint we had was the noise the air conditioner made. It was so loud we couldn’t have it on when we went to bed.
