Very pleasant owner. Central location, but the apartment is quite old and "tired". Parking exists, but it's quite far from the apartment - in another building

Very small rooms. Parking is another building, far from the apartment, not convenient to take your stuff and bring it to the apartment. Also, parking itself does not have a lift, and the slot is on the minus 2 floor, so you need to carry your things 2 floors by stairs and then up to the street
