"Terrible communication with host"

Clean and comfortable

Check in was a huge disappointment as the host refused to meet us at the arranged time until a resolution was found between booking.com and the host. I booked for 2 people but the host rudely claimed it was only booked for 1 person and that I owed an additional 40 Euro. Booking.com was very responsive to the issue but it still took 3 hours while we left in the big city with our luggage. The owner finally greeted us and was helpful.

Very comfortable bed and linen, towels were soft, toiletries were good and well provided. Kitchen amenities were provided as well, reasonably priced for a two bedroom in a good apartment with elevator. As common only one bathroom despite two bedroom however was clean and nice also shower was decent size. Very warm and understanding hosts. Good location €7-10 Uber ride to Atocha station and city.

Not much space to keep baggage except in living area or passage way but we stayed for one night so it was fine.
