Great location. There are several facilities just around the corner from the building: supermarket, epicerie, an amazing bakery, pharmacy, and bus stop just 3 minutes walking distance. The metro is less than 10 minutes from the apartment.

There was a bit of dust in one of the rooms. Internet connection was not great.
