"Great location and value"

We loved the location of this accommodation. Overall a great place to stay

Limited cooking equipment eg proper saucepan or knives. Could not find futon bed in third room so had to share rooms which wasn't ideal.

"Superb"

We loved the location. About a minute walk from the local JR station. About 15 mins ish to Kyoto. We couldn't believe how roomy it was. The beds and pillows were so comfortable too. My kids said it was their favourite place to stay on our Japan trip and is a highlight for them.

The only thing I'd suggest is to get a new frypan as it left marks on the stove top and a toaster would be helpful as that's what we like to cook for breakfast. These are very minor things and did not impact our enjoyment.

Beautiful. Clean, comfortable and really well located. Train station very close. Supermarket very close. Very easy to get around to major sites and temples

Lots of space, beautiful accommodation. Very convenient walk to the station. Only 2stations from the Arishiyama area.

A little far from central Kyoto. Not an abundance of food options for dinner.

Spacious for us. Clean house. Location is so convenient to us as JR pass user since it located 2minutes from the nearest JR station. The host is very helpful. Complete amenities. Felt like living in home. And we all love the supermarket nearby the property as it sells many halal food.

Well designed house, good mixture of modern and tradition. Clean and well maintained. The house was more spacious than I expected.

The nearest parking lot is at the park around 300 meters away. Need some time to locate the available parking at first time.
