It’s a nice two story house. Very clean. Comfy beds and wardrobes for clothes. Could do with more comfort in the living area, it has just one small sofa, a foot stall/seat and a tiny wicker chair which was quite uncomfortable. Very basic kitchen with no food prep area. The staff were very accommodating however. We enjoyed it overall and would recommend it.

Nice to have the whole house to yourself. Far from tourists which was nice for once

A bit far from downtown Kyoto. However, we could walk to Ryooan-Ji.
