Excellent communication, complimentary toiletaries and cleanliness.

We loved how close it was to the train station. It was a very clean and well kept apartment for our family of 6. We liked that it came with a washer and drying racks. We loved that there was cold water bottles in the fridge and an ice tray.

Excellent location! Easy access to bus and train. Convenient store with bakery within walking distance. Love the fact that house is equipped with "All-in-one, washer and dryer" and Roomba, the automatic vacuum cleaner! Every night, I'd set up both and I can start a day without having to clean and do laundry! The owner of the house thought of everything and be prepared ahead of time. I was so impressed with how well Western comfort is blended in Eastern beauty. I personally wished the bath had reheating feature but for most non-Japanese user, the bath is more than enough! Oh, the house does not have big closet, but the futon closet became very handy keeping our personal belongings.

I really can't think of any negatives. I felt bad that my kids are not used to being quiet any time of day. I wish I could have given small snack or toy to neighbors for having to endure us, but it was encouraged not to so we refrained.

location is good and convenient . opposite a lot of shops and restaurant, very easy to get food and Grocery goods. For seld drive, easy to get parking area .

It’s a 2 level home. Very spacious for our family of 6. Beautiful property.

Extremely short walk to train station, yet very quiet location. There's also a small grocery store (and a convenience store) right at the train station. Just be mindful of the opening hours of the grocery store (up to 19:30). Easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go (using Google Maps to ensure we got the train timing right). The place was super clean and everything looks very modern. We didn't use the TV, even though a Chromecast was installed so we could've watched Netflix, etc. Loved it. :D

I honestly wasn't missing anything.
