There was lots of draft. When u close the windows was a finger gap and was really cold Be aware that u HAVE TO PAY FOR ELECTRIC EXTRA. It's like going on all inclusive but have to pay for your drinks

we paid for three nights only stayed one the quilts were dirty as was the bed pillows, we had to sleep fully clothed with coat and gloves on, fire on all night not a lot of heat because of large gaps around door and toilet window, we took our bed sheets and quilt covers but would not have put the pillows or quilts inside not only were they filthy they felt damp.

Got the wrong code for the key safe at property couldn’t get in to the property on the first night as no one would response to calls and messages even after 15 missed calls. Didn’t get in to the property until the second night of our short break. And had to pay for a hotel room for our first night. No central heating or hot water. Was freezing cold. Gas fire did work but very dated Door in the living room kept getting stuck. Very bad mould smell. No light on the boiler so hot water didn’t work at all. Fridge held up on coasters. Bedrooms were freezing cold like ice. Mattresses hard as a rock. No response from the owner either. Very dated caravan overall not worth the money and wouldn’t stay again. No good for kids. Nothing on site not even staff in the office.

No central heating not enough electricity to keep us going the weekend when we trued to contact the owners didnt recive a response so just had to do with no electricity shower head holder was broken so had to hold the shower in your hand not idea do not recommend this property l
GBInitially was impressed when I first worked in But then we had no electric on the first night, my shopping spoiled and wasn’t ideal with a baby as was really difficult to make bottles with a pan The caravan had everything it needed I just wish it all worked, the staff were understanding absolute brilliant on site at reception!
Couldn’t find the place for ages as no maps and reception wasn’t open, No electric on the first night, Wi-Fi didn’t work, electric kept cutting out, probably from the dodgy extension lead, The drain was block where you dry the dishes and was full of black mold, the fridge was stood up by tea coasters (very child friendly), bathroom light didn’t work Paid £60 for two bedsheet sets which had a stain on, none of the lamps worked, the shower head needs a strong holder as the weight of it just pulls it down and just sprays the knobs, the hoover had not been emptied and was full and there was stains everywhere, it did look tidy at first glance though

Had no elect the first night as the host didn't inform us that we couldn't buy an elect card after 5:30pm and there was no emergency on the meter.
GBSpacious caravan, near Skegness beach front. Good value for money.
Needs a little modernising.
